Albrighton 2nd XI compete in the Shropshire County Cricket League Division 7. The team is led by Dave Watkins.

At Albrighton Cricket Club, we are always looking to welcome new players to the team of any age and those new or returning to the game. 2nd XI cricket at Albrighton is all about enjoyment and development, especially of the younger players with aspirations of becoming 1st XI players in the years to come.

The team practices on twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season from 6.30pm. Fixtures can be found on the events calendar of the website, with live league standings found here.

Included in the hardball membership are free training sessions twice a week, discounted bar prices at "The Cricketers Bar" and access to promotional offers throughout the season.

You will also be included within the selection process for Shropshire County League games on a Saturday where the 1st XI compete in Divison 2 and the 2nd XI in Division 7. Match donations for these games are £8.00 for Over 18's and £5.00 for Under 18's.

Opportunities are also available for friendly games with the Sunday XI. Match donations for these games are £5.00 for all players.

Included is also a free social membership for a non-playing partner who can also benefit from the discounted bar prices.
