Spectator Guide Covid-19
Posted by Nobody on 23 July 2020
We have all been waiting to go and watch a game of cricket for what seems like forever and this weekend Albrighton Cricket Club will start the 2020 season.
We know that everyone is looking forward to coming down the club to watch and we do welcome you to do so, but there are a few things that you need to be aware of as a spectator before you come.
- You should remain socially distanced at all times and refrain from all contact with the ball e.g. returning it to the field of play
- Spectator groups must be restricted to discrete six person gathering limits or household groups and spread out, in line with wider UK Government guidance.
- In order to keep a good record of visitors for NHS Track & Trace purposes, the club will be asking for your name and a contact phone number. This will be kept for 21 days and then destroyed by the club.
- The normal refreshments/tea will not be available, and at present the clubhouse/bar will remain closed. We are working hard to get the clubhouse and bar covid secure for next weekend.
- Toilets & first aid will be available and will be operated on a one-way system with one person at a time.
Hand sanitiser will be available at the club, please help us to ensure that the cricket club remains safe for everyone that plays and visits by using it appropriately.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Onwards & Upwards
